    1. That is a brilliant question! I don’t do enough that is for sure! They say those who teach are the ones who are the worst! I try to make time fro self care at least weekly. I read, write or just scroll mindlessly through social media. I also have involved myself with our local Junior League chapter and we have regular socials where I enjoy just hanging with the girls and escaping for a bit. We are working hard to get some respite services in place so that the wife and I are able to escape together but this has been a long, arduous process that is still in the works after almost three years.

      Beside the self care avenue, I do see a doctor who has prescribed me some anxiety medication and we are monitoring how that has worked.
