I get asked ALL THE TIME: “What do you do for self care!?” My answer is usually: “Not Enough!”
I am always looking for easy ways to take care of myself and coffee has been a major player in this lately! It is really the little things that matter most and there is nothing like that first sip of icy cold caffeine in the morning!
In the past, I’ve always hesitated on buying the expensive coffee because… well because I always figured it wasn’t worth it. I caught myself up with this when I caught myself telling a client to replace the “it” with “I” and see how it felt.
I wasn’t worth it.

The number one thing I always tell people about self care is that you must treat yourself as you treat the people you love. You must love yourself enough to take care of yourself as you take care of everyone else. You know what they say:

While the contents of this bag were not roasted “dark”, the coffee inside was sourced to taste similar to a dark roast. Chocolatey, Nutty, Sweet, and pairing perfectly with any milk, Happy Medium is the best part of waking up, or something like that.

There were so many amazing sounding coffees! I ended up getting Happy Medium the link is above. You have got to try this stuff!! I of course threw it in my cold brewer as soon as it got here and waited -not so patiently- while it brewed to perfection.
The best part was the drinking it ! Look how beautiful it looks:
And the taste was INCREDIBLE !! Store brand cheap coffee has NOTHING on this!! I could tell it was a special brew. It is sweet and smooth and even without the creamer I added to it, it was yummy! (and I NEVER drink black coffee!) I look forward to trying many more of their delicious brews!!
